job description

about the company.

We are currently working with an international law firm to look for an Employment Paralegal to assist lawyers in preparing and handlign legal documents and reports. This role works closely with Partners, Associates, Trainees and other Employment Paralegal and the business development team to prepare visa applications, business development and other ad hoc administrative tasks and projects. about the job.
  • To conduct legal research, analysis and draft legal documents in accordance with the instructions of the lawyers including the preparation of directory submissions;
  • To provide advice and services to Partners, Associates, Trainees, and assist them in completing their legal work requirements;
  • Communication with clients, handling employment visa applications and visa renewals;
  • Assist with business development materials for the Employment group, events coordination such as seminars and presentations;
  • Administrative tasks for the Employment group; and
  • Other ad hoc projects assigned by the Partners and Associates

skills & experiences required.
  • University graduate;
  • 1-3 years of related working experience, preferably with a legal background
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin
  • A sound knowledge of and experience in all aspects of employment law is preferable
