Our client is a leading beauty and consumer eletronic brand fro the UK. With its rapid growth and channel development, they are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to cover Asia region.
Responsibilities...
Develop business plan for the channels including commercial target and business strategy to maximize the commercial opportunities;
Provide strategic direction to drive ecommerce growth;
Own and develop channel growth plan, collaborating across multiple international teams and touchpoints to align on business objectives;
Build and maintain relationship with external business partners to lead commercial negotiations;
Monitor P&L to control sales and determine investment plan;
Product forecast according to category strategy and review the inventory flow;
Work closely with Marketing for marketing campaign, new launches, and animation;
Work with Finance and Supply Chain for financial forecasting and to help facilitate stock management; and
Report regular sales report with analysis to region and global
Requirements
Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
At least 5 years experience in E-commerce, preferrably beauty or lifestyle brand experience;
Logical thinking, self-driven, can-do attitude, and strong communication skills;
A fast learner and team player;
Enjoy working at fast paced environment and able to work independent;
Excellent excel and PPT skills; and
Fluent oral and written English
