... - Campaign Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with business goals and target audience. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including creating detailed campaign briefs, coordinating with cross-functional teams (such as creative, content, and digital marketing), and ensuring timely implementation of campaigns on the e-commerce platform.
- Content Creation and Optimization: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and persuasive campaign content, including product descriptions, banners, landing pages, and promotional materials. Continuously optimize content to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various metrics and analytics tools. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Work closely with the marketing team to manage campaign budgets effectively. Monitor spending, track ROI, and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, including merchandising, design, and tech, to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify campaign reach and impact.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce campaign management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and campaign management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
