Work closely with the Country TB and Trade Product Head to effectively manage country client agreements and ensure timely renewals.
Establish standard pricing for the product line and formulate a local strategy aligned with country objectives and the overall Transaction Banking strategy in coordination with the sales team.
Drive end-to-end product performance, with a focus on digitalization, straight-through processing, and scalability to support business growth.
Support product launches, enhancements, and trade digitalization initiatives, collaborating with the sales team to improve product offerings, increase revenue, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
Conduct regular reviews of product offerings across the country to ensure their suitability, and provide comprehensive product training for sales teams and stakeholders.
Lead the commercialization of new product capabilities by developing robust commercialization plans, setting targets, and establishing the necessary infrastructure for successful launches.
Understand customer and prospect needs and implement tailored structures and solutions to effectively deliver trade products.
Provide ongoing support and training to Trade Sales, Client Managers, and Relationship Managers to facilitate the closure of significant or complex deals.
Streamline processes related to assigned trade products to enhance the customer experience and drive growth in trade revenue, aligning with Hong Kong Client Agreements and Product Programs and Governance.
Identify and mitigate operational, credit, regulatory, and business conduct risks associated with trade activities.
Collaborate with operations to elevate overall service standards and ensure the bank's service quality surpasses that of competitors.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct, exemplifying impeccable conduct and upholding the highest ethical standards.
Proactively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters in a collaborative manner.
Lead the team in achieving the desired outcomes defined in the Bank's Conduct Principles, encompassing Fair Outcomes for Clients, Effective Financial Markets, Financial Crime Compliance, and fostering the Right Environment.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in supply chain/receivable finance product strategy, with a proven track record of success.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
