about the job.
- Lead the teams (including Managers, Tech Leads, Developers, BAs, and PMs), to define and execute delivery plans for multiple large-scale projects, covering budget, timeline, and manpower management
- Proactively manage project and program P&L, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, identifying options and consequences to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate with business development and account management teams to drive consulting capability and business development from pre-sales to project execution, fostering client relationships
- Represent the team in meetings and calls, building strong client relationships to understand needs and deliver innovative solutions
- Assign tasks and closely collaborate with IT team members for project success
- Maintain SDLC processes and deliverables to meet quality standards
- Coach and share project management skills with the team
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline
- Strong experience in project/program management, application development, or solution architecture, with on-shore and off-shore team management experience (ideally with 40+ teammates); ; IT consulting firm/solution provider/Big 4 background is a must
- With a proven track record of delivering multiple medium to large-scale projects (US$1MM+) for clients preferably from the commercial and public sectors
- Strong background in IT project management, particularly in web & mobile applications or system development
- Proficiency in SDLC, software development team collaboration, and agile/scrum practices
- Demonstrated consulting skills encompassing strategy, business cases, service/process design, and organizational change techniques
- Proficient in both spoken Cantonese and English, with a valid work permit in Hong Kong
- Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, planning, and organizing skills
