about the job

• You will formulate and deliver partnership strategies to drive product propositions, product mix and customer segment penetration to grow the partnership and keep up the leading market position.
• You will design and deliver effective sales and product initiatives with business partners to capture untapped market opportunities and keep up sales momentum in a timely manner.
• You will develop and deliver annual business plans with bank partners to drive the business growth and achieve agreed KPIs.
• You will lead and manage regular management meetings with bank partners to ensure the contractual governance framework is in place.
• You will identify and capture new business opportunities with data analytics, as well as internal & external market benchmarking.

skills & experiences required

• You are a Bachelor Degree Holder or above
• You have at least 15 years of experience in insurance or banking industry on product development and business planning
• You have strong experience in bancassurance management
• You have good understanding of bancassurance business and product development
• You have strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
