    Director of Subscription Marketing / Marketing Director | acquisition, retention & demand generation

    Our client is a leading technology company in Hong Kong with subscription-based services to customers. With a stable user base and market share in the market, the company is looking for a Director of Subscription Marketing / Marketing Director to join the team.

    about the team.

    • Report to the Managing Director
    • Lead a department of 40 across different marketing functions (e.g. acquisition, retention, retail marketing, pricing and business planning, etc.)
    • Fast-moving and dynamic working environment

    about the job.

    • Oversee all-rounded campaigns to acquire new users, retain and activate existing users, and develop a sustainable customer ecosystem
    • Develop CRM campaigns based on customer segmentation and develop targeted offers, discounts and promotions via SMS, eDM, newsletter, etc.
    • Derive pricing strategies, and develop special products, service packages and promotions (e.g. one-off renewal discounts, birthday offers & redemption, referral codes, etc.) to generate demands and revenue
    • Define, develop and apply the AARRR (i.e. acquisition, activation, retention, referral & revenue) metrics to the marketing and business strategies
    • Develop BTL / retail marketing strategies and campaigns (e.g. in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, roadshows, etc.) for offline customer acquisition
    • Set targets, monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, etc.
    • Establish, monitor, analyse and evaluate the conversion funnel to achieve maximum ROI in marketing campaigns

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related discipline
    • 10+ years of (digital) marketing experience gained in renewal / subscription-driven business (e.g. FoodTech, banks, telecommunications, OTT, media, etc.)
    • Solid sizable team management and stakeholder management skills
    • Excellent communications in Chinese and English
