With substantial funding, rapid expansion and growing market share, the company is looking for a Director to lead their overseas influencer development, management and operations.

- One stop business-to-business (B2B) SaaS targeting F&B franchises and outlets
- Solutions include business and customer database management, delivery and logistics, POS and payment, social media and content marketing, etc.

- Report to the Group CEO
- Lead a team of executives, influencer managers and influencer agencies for MCN development, management and operations
- Candidates out of Hong Kong (i.e. Singapore and the U.S.) could be placed in other locations by the need; You will look after the respective market of your location

- Lead teams to develop social media communities to build an efficient full-funnel strategy focused on targeted audiences across targeted regions (i.e. Hong Kong, Singapore, the U.S.)
- Localise the company's Chinese assets on Xiaohongshu, Douyin and Bilibili into different international adaptations
- Develop network and partnership with international food bloggers / foodies / food influencers / KOLs and their managers / agencies to produce creative assets on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Network with community members and identify community leaders, train and empower community leaders to participate on a more significant engagement level
- Establish measurement and reporting structure to evaluate the impact of social strategies, track performance, KPI, ROI via social media management tools; Gather and analyze business information in an analytical approach with conversion funnel metrics
- Stay current with and assess industry and social media trends, tools, platforms, innovations, and best practices
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Creative, Communications or any related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in operations / marketing / business development / influencer management on international social media platforms
- Solid understanding of trending social media platforms (i.e. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management, team building, team leading and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication in Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) and English
