Our client, a well-established insurance provider that focuses on digital initiatives and a customer-led approach, is seeking a Director of Customer Engagement and Loyalty to develop and maintain an effective customer engagement strategy and to drive customer retention and advocacy.

In this role, you will be building a region wide loyalty and engagement measurement system, and work in partnership with customer experience and digital leaders to build the best CE, loyalty, and content strategy within the region. This role will cover all 8 countries within Asia Pacific, where you will provide guidance to individual regions to formulate their engagement and retention strategy, and to help them keep track on the effectiveness of their respective engagement program. You will work in partnership with digital owners to explore how the organization can leverage the latest social media and digital technologies development to enhance the engagement level and to build the customer engagement with potential and existing customers.

Degree qualified ideally in marketing or communications, you should have at least 10 years of experience in direct to customer marketing management, marketing communications, loyalty programs, and contemporary inbound marketing techniques. The ideal candidate will need to be strong in applying data and analytics to track performance and refine digital strategy. You should have a strong understanding of digital technologies, especially in how enterprises can leverage on them to transform their customer experience and how to advance their approach in customer engagement.


  • Degree qualified in Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 10+ years in direct to customer marketing management, marketing communications, and loyalty programs
  • Strong in applying data and analytics to track performance and refine strategy
  • Understand characteristics of different social media platform and how to leverage om them to build customer engagement
  • Past experience with loyalty programs
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and content management
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills
