A fast-growing global consultancy that leverages innovative analytics and result-orientated strategies are currently looking for a Director in Marketing Analytics to join their team in Singapore. They specialize in Improving marketing ROI, Optimising advertising spent, Maximizing promotion effectiveness, Pricing decision advising, Business planning support and more.
about the job.
  • Develop and lead successful client engagement from stakeholder interviews and data assessment to providing analysis recommendations, executive presentations and strategic advice to clients
  • Responsible for project management, quality assurance and the timely and successful delivery of multiple client projects
  • Develop and deliver an action-orientated, insightful analytical presentation
  • Provide through leadership to existing clients through innovative analytics and solutions to solve complex business challenges
  • Responsible for retention, growth, and development of team members. Responsible for development of the team's technical skills as well as client consulting skills
  • Deliver studies including but not limited to Marketing Mix Modeling, Paid Owned & Earned Media Effectiveness, Cross Media Attribution, Pricing Strategy, Customer Analysis, and Marketing Spending Optimization
skills & experiences required.
  • 6-10+ years of experience in the applications of analytics to guide business decisions, client relationship management and team development
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, and Marketing
  • Comfortable working with 'big data', interpreting advanced statistical results and developing presentations using insights derived from the analytics
  • Experience in various analytic approaches and solutions including but not limited to marketing mix modeling, media mix optimization, cross-media attribution, digital attribution and forecasting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting analytics insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Experience with data visualization and statistical software (e.g. Tableau, R, SPSS, SAS, Python...)
