This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding technology company, with a strong foothold in innovative in the AI space. Due to huge success in US and Europe, along with a sizeable investment over the course of the last 2 years, they are now turning their attention to the Asia Pacific markets. This role will take the lead on developing a number of global accounts, collaborating with other function in APAC along with peers in US and Europe.

  • Identify new opportunities within large strategic clients; engage meaningfully with C level and Executive decision makers at the enterprise levels.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plan for Key Accounts, in order to increase share of wallet and help customers achieve their business objectives
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across the region
  • Build and maintain key relationships with industry experts, customers and potential partners, helping to increase the overall brand of the business
  • Help drive overall sales performance in the region, closely monitoring activity levels and accurately forecasting
  • Business review and overall account strategy planning for the region
  • Take lead on industry events, working with influencers to help drive the business forward across APAC

skills & experiences required.
  • 15+ years of Sales and Account Management experience with high-growth tech start-ups or big outsourcing firms or Consulting Firms
  • The ideal candidate is expected to have 10+ years of software or software solution sales experience in handling large clients.
  • In-depth technical understanding of the Automation / Digital transformation market.
  • Successful track record of consultative strategic sales with C-level prospects, strong background in large account planning and expansion.
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance measured against revenue, customer satisfaction, and organizational health metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, ability to scale across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to lead, collaborate and influence geographically dispersed team.
