Our client is one of the largest regional banks. This renowned bank provides professional financial management services to retail customers in Hong Kong. Due to the substantial demand on its business, the bank is looking for a Director to manage the retail banking Call Service Center Business.

You will also be supported by the middle and back office on sales activities to make it easier to drive revenues. You will join a result-oriented team with strong management support from the top leadership.
about the job.
-You will formulate and direct the overall business strategies on the call center business, to support the Bank Group business in both Hong Kong and Mainland China in order to achieve business targets.
-You will support data processing and compliance functions.
-You will manage the call center operations while minimizing the operation costs by streamlining operation flows and increasing productivity.
-You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet the regulatory requirements of the bank group.
skills & experiences required.
You will have solid knowledge of banking products in both Hong Kong and China banking sectors .
You will have 15+ years experience in banking and call center business with a wide range of retail banking products exposure.
You will have 8+ years of managerial experience in the relevant sector.
