- You will work with business partners to provide professional insurance services to customers through customer meetings.
- You will be stationed at a retail center to promote and sell insurance policies.
- You will execute the sales and marketing programs to drive sales.
- You will analyze customer’s personal financial situation and identity their needs and recommends insurance products to suit their needs
- You will supervise the direct sales team and comply with company and regulatory guideline on all sales process
skills & experiences required
- You are a Diploma Degree holder or above
- You have 2 + years of relevant insurance sales experience in the life insurance industry (life insurance agents highly preferred)
- You have IIQE paper I, II, III and V
- You have strong insurance product knowledge
- You have excellent presentation, interpersonal and selling skills
This is an insurance sales position with a fixed monthly salary not monthly allowance. A position from direct sales channel not agency channel. Candidates with life insurance agents experience will be a plus.
