Our client is a global provider of management, management and real estate services. With a total of 3500 employees, our client is represented in 44 countries in America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Your key responsibilities:

This role is to maximize client adoption and ensure ongoing continuity with the newly launched portal. Our client’s newly launched portal is a front-end tool that sits within digital transformation and is key to their strategic agenda. This portal enabling clients to directly; purchase/ reserve shelf list companies, perform special company name checks, extract company information and pay renewals.

Your other responsibilities will include:

  • Be the expert in client portal to achieve the goals in Asia Pacific region
  • Plan the strategies for digital portal adoption by working closely with Account Managers and Marketing team
  • Execute the digital portal adoption strategy
  • Proactively engage with clients to promote portal adoption (in particular inactive clients)
  • Maximize the adoption with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Be responsive and provide support to clients enquires as well as internal front-line staff (Account Managers / Relationship Managers)
  • Handle client complaints by liaising with relevant teams to resolve the problems
  • Uptake any other ah-hoc assignments, such as ad-hoc training to internal staff and clients

Your requirements and qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital, portal, strategy, planning and execution
  • Experience in creating and executing plans. Business development plans, engagement plans, launch plans and go to market plans
  • An understanding of Company Formation business is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferable
  • Understanding of business needs and business strategy of digital platforms is essential
  • Strong understanding of front-end portal and driving adoption
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skill is a must (both internal and external)
  • Proactive and commercial mind set is needed
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and willingness to be hands on when needed and to adapt to change
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a must
