Our client is a large organization who is looking for a Senior Manager to join their Digital Performance Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the organization's lead generation and customer acquisition goals
• Oversee the planning and implementation of performance-driven campaigns across search, social, email, and content marketing channels
• Continuously analyze campaign data and insights to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mix for maximum ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, web, and product, to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to drive high performance
• Report on campaign performance and present data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a strong track record of delivering growth and optimization, such as A/B testing
• Proficient in search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and web analytics tools, such as Sitecore, Umbraco , MS Dynamics 365, Google Analytics4 , Google Ads, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Google Firebase, and Radica RiManggis, Eventxtra and Wufoo 
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
