about the company.Our client is a global leading MNC specializing in the product, distribution and provision of household, health care and personal care products. They are committed to continously looking for better and more sustainable methods to make products and packaging including finding opportunities to use less water, less plastic and as little waste as possible. In order to cope with rapid market changes, they are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their local team in Hong Kong. about the team.Reporting to the Marketing Manager who oversees the entire brand marketing function, you will work with closely with the Branding, Trade Marketing and Sales Teams. Your counterparts consist of talents that are strong in data analytics, consumer market environment and local market needs. There will be times when you work closely with marketing agencies on certain launch and campaigns, too! about the job.
  • Responsible for social media platform management, seeding and digital media selection
  • Build social media platform strategies with content and activity plans
  • Make use to consumer insights and translate into digital marketing strategies
  • Monitor current digital trends and competitors updates, share with senior management for review
  • Support eCommerce platform promotion events to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Collaborate closely with Brand and Trade teams to build social plan (including but not limited to KOL endorsement, social activities, paid AD etc)
  • Design social strategies (micro influencers / KOL / Celebrity endorsement) to support digital and eCommerce campaigns

skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or any relevant disciplines
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience in FMCG/personal care
  • Open to candidates from agencies, but FMCG/personal care digital marketing experience is a MUST
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; reading and writing
  • Solid understanding in HK's eComm environment and social media platform
  • Proven experience in eCommerce marketing
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as "Assistant Manager"
