Digital Marketing Manager - Consumer Lifestyle



We're partnering with a globally recognized Consumer Lifestyle brand in finding a Digital Marketing Manager to lead a team. Our client is looking to develop and launch new digital initiatives in Hong Kong, sharing best practices from global and regional team.



Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive awareness and presence across different online channels eg. social media, website, ecommerce
  • Collaborate with internal teams (local, regional and global) to further develop/enhance e-commerce to create positive e-retail experience
  • Lead social media content plan to communicate campaigns and messages to customers
  • Team management - coaching and guidance to achieve objectives/targets
  • In-depth analysis of campaigns, consumer behaviour and trends for continuous improvement

Requirements:


  • Degree holder in business or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years digital experience, additional experiences in CRM, retail marketing, media planning etc. is a bonus
  • Experience in digital marketing within retail industry is preferred BUT not a must
  • Experience in team management
  • Strategic thinking, creative and strong communication
