Our client is a growth company in the consumer internet industry. The company is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team and develop detailed strategic promotional plans for all company's initiatives.

- Lead a digital marketing team to drive marketing campaigns focusing on optimizing game visibility and conversion performance
- Market research and identify topics that will be of interest to the target audience and positioning
- Raising brand awareness and online presence through mobile marketing projects and campaigns
- To create social media strategies to improve brand awareness amongst target customers; drive engagement and build up communities online and turn them into brand advocates;
- Work closely with our 3rd party partners including ad networks (such as Facebook and Google), tools and various other marketing partners
- Responsible for paid strategies and will need to be adept at using tools such as Facebook Ads Manager or other paid options on channels.
- Keep abreast of market trends, demand fluctuation, and pricing strategies of competitors.
- Evaluate and develop post-mortems for all marketing initiatives
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and the consumer internet/ gaming industry
- Confident with relevant marketing & analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, etc)
- Solid experience in mobile marketing and digital planning
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing paid search, PPC, and SEO campaigns
- Ability to translate campaign results into actionable insights and optimization - including developing key KPI and ROI metrics/dashboards
- Experience working in a marketing agency environment is an advantage
- Excellent standard of spoken and written English, good command of Cantonese and Mandarin
