This is an unique and exciting opportunity for Digital & E-Commerce professionals. The basic salary is up to $45K according to experience and knowledge.
Who are you working for?
Our client is one of the market leaders in luxury retail industry. Currently, they are looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to be part of their E-Commerce team to support the online business growth, particularly in Greater China area.
What's the job about?
This position will work closely with cross-functional teams within the company as well as with external online partners/accounts to effectively manage and execute third-party selling partnership programs for China, including but not limited to, TMall and JD. Candidates should have prior experience in E-Commerce business and/or digital marketing.
What will you do?
  • Develop the Digital Marketing strategy and planks for APAC in line with the global brank marketing priorities and guidelines.
  • Work on creative ideas and concepts fro brand communication materials that align with the guidelines.
  • Deliver and execute effective and innovative integrated campaign strategies and best-in-class communication concepts.
  • Planning and executing of regional digital media plans including paid for digital advertising, social media plans, SEM and SEO.
  • Develop the content plan and manage social advertising of regional social media account; monitor the performance and tracking reports of local markets.
  • Regular competitor monitoring and reporting of digital activity.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end prospect and customer experiences across multiple channels and touch points.
  • Design, build and maintain the brand’s social media presence
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Drive regular measurement and reporting against performance of all digital marketing campaigns to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Managing the digital marketing budget and working with vendors for best rates deals
  • Evaluate emerging marketing and sales technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
What do you need?
  • Degree holder in digital marketing, online communication, advertising or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years relevant experience and strong in sourcing and managing online platforms
  • Solid marketing experience at international level, background in working at both HQ and Country level is preferred
  • Experience with media-neutral communications planning, media planning, setting KPIs, and track ROIs
  • Experience with digital media including strategy execution, content creation, setting KPIs and tracking results. Experience with social media is a must
  • Experience with agency management and agency processes
  • Professional knowledge of search engine optimization and search engine marketing
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Forward thinking, self-driven leader with digital mindset
  • Excellent drive, judgment, creative insights and understanding of branded aesthetics
  • Proactive, practical and hands-on approach
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, written and spoken
  • Proven ability to manage complex and multi-functional marketing projects, and to operate effectively in a changing and not always structured environment
