job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Online Marketing – managing and driving digital customer acquisition and conversion optimization across various channels and the customer lifecycle.
• Execute – plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and other marketing/advertising campaigns.
• Optimisation – use data (Google analytics and other analytics tools) and A/B testing (eg subject lines, time of send, content etc) to continuously measure and optimize campaigns and conversion points throughout the marketing funnel, in order to boost results and lower cost-per-acquisition.
• Idea and Strategy Generation – generate new and creative growth strategies
• Measure, Analyse and Report – track and analyse all digital marketing campaigns. Assess against goals (ROI, KPIs). Report these, along with recommendations to executive team
• P&L / Budget Management – you are responsible for managing and implementing online marketing budgets against key targets.
• Maintain Consistent Branding
• Stay Up-To-Date with Industry Best-Practice

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong Digital Marketing Experience – strong and proven experience in digital customer acquisition in highly competitive sectors.
• Strong Technical skills - in-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies including paid search, retargeting, look-a-like campaigns; social network advertising; online media buying; as well as content distribution and placement networks like Outbrain and Taboola. In-depth knowledge of various online marketing strategies, including SEO, landing pages, A/B and funnel optimization etc.
• Analytics – solid knowledge of website, campaign and social media analytics tools. You are a data driven marketer.
• Management of P&L / Budgets – practical hands on experience in managing and implementing marketing budgets and daily ROI focused campaigns.
• Performance driven – proven results oriented person with a delivery and performance focus.
