Digital Growth Manager, Email Marketing

Our client is a multinational lifestyle media group with a number of luxury and lifestyle magazines. The brand provides a comprehensive experience from print to digital and events.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies for reader acquisition and retention via digital channels
  • Identify the target audience and grow the email list
  • Develop and manage the email marketing calendar
  • Optimize email marketing campaigns via A/B testing, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM or related tools
  • Track, analyze and review the performance of email marketing campaigns by data including email open rate, click-through rate, click-to-open rate, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital/online/email marketing at digital agencies or in-house, preferably from luxury/lifestyle companies
  • Result-driven, capable of using data analytics and online marketing tools
  • Excellent command in English; Mandarin would be a plus
