job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the digital marketing & ecommerce P&L
  • Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience and for driving growth within traffic, conversion, revenue and profit
  • Oversee all aspects of product and performance marketing across the online platform, including awareness, consideration, acquisition and retention
  • Leverage your extensive experience of developing data-driven media strategies and tactics to drive positive ROI across the ecommerce platform
  • Monitor site and channel performances and drive continuous ways to further improve and optimise
  • Build and own best-in-class, performance-optimised acquisition strategy and own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of campaigns on all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Accountable for delivering insights, analysis, and recommendations across the E-Commerce functions, taking the ownership of the funnel analysis, performing weekly and monthly reports to track company performances and drive growth;
  • Work effectively with third party partners and agencies
  • Lead the team in annual and quarterly planning, keeping track of the budget, and reporting on marketing initiatives’ performance, with a focus on ROI & revenue growth

Requirements

  • 8+ years of demonstrated success in managing and executing growth strategies
  • Track record of personally crafting and perfecting marketing strategies to deliver growth
  • Demonstrated success leading and managing a marketing digital team in a fast paced, high growth startup.
  • Strong analytical skills and hand-on ability in all areas of digital marketing: SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media, PPC etc.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Up to date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
