Lead the delivery of digital platforms and front-end solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams.
Draft product documents and stories for major platforms to ensure successful delivery and execution.
Collaborate with UX/UI product design teams to communicate product requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare user and technical requirements and execute with functional technical development teams and local QA teams.
Develop, create, and maintain a digital roadmap for the assigned digital platform.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, InsurTech/Fintech, or Start-up environments.
Strong knowledge of digital technology, including application, infrastructure, mobile, UX, and UI.
Strong in proposal and PowerPoint deck preparations
Proven track record in product management and delivery of digital platforms.
Proficient in Agile Software delivery (Scrum or similar).
Understanding of modern frameworks and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centered design, multivariate testing, and test automation.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
