job description

Our client is a prestigious global law firm headquartered in the North America region. They are currently looking for a Desktop Support to help ensuring smooth operations of their office in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with local and global IT team members and internal users to analyse, design, implement, configure, and support system and network hardware & software.
  • Monitor and evaluate IT performance and reports to management.
  • Collaborate with global team and external vendors in project deployment and rollout.
  • Provide project support where appropriate and liaise with appropriate IT colleagues and users

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related area
  • Technical experience in end user support under Windows environment such as Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365, etc.
  • Understanding of mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, Samsung, etc.) and mobile support
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
