Our client is a well-established global IT solution house partnered up with premium financial institutions. They are currently looking to add a Desktop Support to join their team and contribute to their current success. This is a rare opportunity for you to get an exposure into the premium financial industry.


  • Provide in-house desktop support and trainings to end users
  • Format, install, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers with and for end users.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve computer, server and network issues
  • Set up and troubleshoot domains, user accounts and software accounts.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to implement system upgrade/migration projects
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders


  • Working experience related to desktop/helpdesk support
  • Good understanding of Windows Operating System.
  • Sound knowledge of Windows Server & network technologies is a plus
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to detail and ability to show initiative.
