about the company.
We are looking for IT support/ helpdesk support for a Japanese bank. You will be one of the team members providing daily support to the end-users in the dynamic working environment. about the job.
  • Responsible for 1st tier/ deskside support to end users
  • Daily support on the office infrastructure( e.g. VMware, Active Directory servers, AD Group Policy, SCOM Server, MSSQL Server), Windows Server and internal applications
  • Participate in incident management in networking, printing solutions, Microsoft products, and other applications
  • Ensure the smooth office operation and service delivery including the maintenance on the help desk log and call assignment
  • Act as Internal technical staff to provide advice and guidance in technical aspect
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects
skills & experiences required.
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
  • Over 3 years IT support / helpdesk experience
  • Relevant experience in Banking/ other financial institutions required
  • Experience in IT technical support experience like PC hardware, software installation, maintenance & upgrade etc
  • Proactive and have good sense of responsibility
  • Good communication in both Cantonese & English, fluent in Putonghua / Japanese will be advantage
  • Immediate available would be a big plus
