- Directly accountable to senior leadership
- Formulate and implement strategic business plans, encompassing market positioning and the establishment of realistic short-term and long-term goals, in alignment with senior leadership
- Lead and oversee frontline teams across various business divisions to meet targets
- Oversee financial performance across different business units
- Evaluate the company's current status and propose viable solutions to ensure sustainability and growth
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
Requirements
- Degree holder as the minimum requirement
- 15+ years of substantial experience in the financial sector, with extensive expertise in managing diverse financial business areas, including asset and wealth management and investment banking
- Demonstrated success in senior management roles
- Proven track record in devising and executing strategies that achieve objectives such as profitability, revenue growth, and market expansion
- Strong industry connections
- Exceptional business insight and resourcefulness
- Effective leadership and management capabilities
- Ability to perform under high pressure and communicate effectively with senior leadership and all organizational levels
- Proficiency in written English and Chinese, and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
