This is a new headcount.
about the job.
As a Planner in the team, you will be responsible for
-Generate a rolling 18 month demand forecast evaluating results and adjust statistical models
-Review historical sales data, identify trends, and adjust forecast as required
-Review forecast error metrics and identify actions to reduce forecast error and bias
-Review trends and key forecast changes to the demand forecast in the monthly meetings
-Monitor and ensure the integrity and accuracy for relevant master data maintained in SAP to support the demand forecasting tool
-Assist in development of annual plans and to identify gaps to the annual plans compared to the bottoms up demand forecast build
-Support in order management & coordination with factories
-Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned
skills & experiences required.
-Degree/Associate degree from logistics/supply chain or any relevant discipline
-Minimum 3 years of working experience in supply chain, particularly in planning
-Candidates with experience working in medical/FMCG background is a plus
-Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
-Flexible, logical thinking, hands-on; willing to learn
