key responsibilities
Develop and implement data privacy policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Assess and analyze data privacy risk and provide recommendation in mitigating potential risks
Work closely with IT Department and Legal team to implement technical measures, access control, data transfer requirements, contractual obligations etc
Adhere to latest data protection regulations and laws, as well as industry standards. Modify group policies, controls and procedures
Lead inskills
data privacy, compliance, AML, IT, information security, risk controlqualifications
Degree holder
5+ years data privacy experience (including data security, code of conduct, regulatory development and reporting etc)
Experience in Compliance/Risk/Legal/Internal Control/IT is preferrededucation
Bachelor Degree
