Perform all administrative duties within the building management office, including tasks such as filing, record-keeping, answering telephone calls, and ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
Input all documents related to pre-approval and payment invoices
Handle data input for the annual budget and set up billing for the assigned properties using the specified billing system.
Assist the Project Manager in the administrative works, including tasks such as pre-approval and payment processing.
Provide courteous greetings and exceptional customer service to all customers and third parties interacting with the building management office.
Prepare regular reports, such as monthly management reports, and ad hoc reports.
Other office administrative duties as required.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese languages.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
