Support and Monitor daily operations of the data center
Maintain data center critical facilities in a good condition
Provide first level support and troubleshooting
Provide support to customers' enquiries
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for operational works

skills & experiences required.

Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
At least 1 year’s relevant experience in the telecommunication industry.
Good Command in spoken and written in both English and Chinese
Shift allowance is provided
