... - Ensure high standards of customer service with clear handoffs between design, delivery and in-life teams to maximize productivity and improve performance.
- Accountable to the customer for the success of customer across operations, delivery, and service, assuring customer value.
- Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty through understanding their needs and helping them achieve their objectives.
- Gather and deliver information between different teams as well as tracking and optimizing customer metrics.
- Negotiate new services and solutions to effectively to benefit customer needs, solutions and to expand portfolio value.
- Contribute to the development of the skills and capabilities within the customer service and operational discipline.
- Act as a communications liaison between Commercial Team, Customer Success and Customers and forge influential relationships across all areas to drive value and key service metrics that reflect a strong customer experience.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in Science or Business or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in customer success or project management or account management.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
- Strong organization, accountability and follow-up skills with attention to details and effective time management skills.
- Track record of high performance and extremely satisfied customers.
- Ability to perform and deliver in a fast-paced environment; Experience in managing and working within a diverse group in a start-up environment is a plus.
- Experience with JIRA, Salesforce and other CRM tools.
