about the job

  • Ensures customer inquiries are answered in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining compliance with departmental standards
  • Provide quality and professional advice to sales team and customers on general insurance products
  • Support Assistant Manager/Manager for daily operation, e.g. briefing and/or roster preparation

skills & experiences required

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Insurance industry, general insurance is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure
