job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations of the internal Customer Service team and external service providers
  • Act as the team’s representative to participate operational and system projects including changing in operating model and systems
  • Initiate and implement customer services related projects with different stakeholders
  • Supervise, monitor and drive the performance of team members

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with solid experience in insurance industry
  • Familiar with life and medical insurance products and solid understanding of operations
  • Exposure in policy administration and customer service are preferred strong problem solving skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
