- Lead and manage a team of leisure travel consultants and customer service executives to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional service to leisure customers.
- Actively promote travel products to customers, driving business growth and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Generate analytical reports for management review, providing valuable insights and recommendations for performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective promotional programs and initiatives.
- Foster seamless coordination and communication among teams to optimize operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in the field of travel and tourism.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in related duties
- Have sound knowledge of travel products and fares, with an advantageous familiarity with hotel products.
- Previous experience in managing a call centre is considered a valuable asset.
- Proficient in Reservation Systems, Internet booking tools, and MS Office.
