Our client is a reputable Medical Device & Consumable business across the world. Their value is to be caring and passionate to all patients and bring that passion to all levels of work. As such, they are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their business and provide good quality of service continuously.
about the job.
  • report directly to Country Director
  • responsible in customer care activities including inbound calls, outbound calls, online chats, Whatsapp in order to provide the highest quality of service and increase customer satisfaction
  • continuously improve service quality and efficiency
  • provide support, guidance and training to team members in service delivery and product knowledge
  • lead and drive team to upsell products and services
  • maintain and improve CRM systems for better customer engagement, analysis and development
skills & experiences required.
  • degree holders in any discipline, preferably science-related majors
  • prior Customer Service/Care experience in Medical industries
  • patient-oriented, caring and passionate about customer's needs and expectations
  • passionate, open-minded and willing to learn
