As such, they are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their business and provide good quality of service continuously.
about the job.
  • report directly to Country Director
  • responsible in customer care activities including inbound calls, outbound calls, online chats, Whatsapp in order to provide the highest quality of service and increase customer satisfaction
  • continuously improve service quality and efficiency
  • provide support, guidance and training to team members in service delivery and product knowledge
  • lead and drive team to upsell products and services
  • maintain and improve CRM systems for better customer engagement, analysis and development
skills & experiences required.
  • degree holders in any discipline, preferably science-related majors
  • prior Customer Service/Care experience in Medical industries
  • patient-oriented, caring and passionate about customer's needs and expectations
  • passionate, open-minded and willing to learn
