As a Customer Service Specialist, you will
-Manage daily B2B orders and shipment arrangements
-Cooperate closely with different counterparts in the APAC region
-Monitor the credit limit & invoicing
-Handle after-sales service, such as goods return
-Prepare regular review reports on a weekly or monthly basis
-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
skills & experiences required.
-Degree or diploma holder in related disciplines
-Min 3 years of experience in customer service
-Solid computer knowledge and skills
-Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
-Excellent team player
