job description

Our client is a leading service provider company in Hong Kong. They are seeking for a customer relationship specialist/talent which is responsible for enhancing teams' goal and sales target.

Responsibilities:

  • Mainly handle outbound warm calls (existing customer group)
  • Promote company's services to meet preset sales target
  • Handle hotline services and answer enquires for customers
  • Handle customers' complaints
  • Maintain saitsfactory customer relationship

Requirements

  • 1 year relevant experience preferably in customer service, outbound/mobile sales
  • Good communication skills, good command of spoken Chinese, fair command of English and Putonghua
  • Good command of phone manner and customer service skills
  • Willing to work under pressure and ever changing situation, self-motived and pleasant personality
  • Result driven towards achieving sales target
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
