Being as one of the teammate, you will have the opportunity to:
- Handling incoming calls from customers or clients and addressing their inquiries, concerns, or requests promptly and professionally.
- Providing assistance and support to customers by answering their questions, resolving issues, and offering guidance on products or services.
- Listening to customer complaints, investigating issues, and finding appropriate solutions to address their concerns.
- Explore cross-selling opportunities, where appropriate
- Following established call center policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company protocols.
skills & experiences required.
If you are / have:
- Associate Degree / Diploma Holder
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sizable insurance firm
- IIQE Paper 1 & 2 is mandatory
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Immediately availability is preferred
