Our client is a multinational financial services company, who is currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support the operations team. They offer different financial services such as banking, commercial banking, wealth management advisory to both retail and institutional clients
about the job.
You will be focusing mainly in tasks below:
- Handle client’s enquiries related to services/products provided via phone call, email and face-to-face meeting
- Provide high quality customer service through effective communication
- Retain and enhance customer relationships
- Follow up proactively with client’s requests
skills & experiences required.
- Degree Holder in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
- Min 3 years of related experience
- A proactive team player who is well organized and detail oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skill with good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
