My client is a leading manufactuing company which is also a Fourtune 500 company. They provide apparel branding labels and tags, RFID inlays, and specialty medical products to cater client in different industry. Currently they are looking for a native Japanese speaker to join as a customer service representative.

Job Description:

  • Consistently provide a high quality service experience to our clients;
  • Proactively assist our client and focus on addressing their problems and concerns;
  • Handle client requests through different medium: phone, email, chat;
  • Handle lead qualification for in-bound enquiries;
  • Initiate and co-ordinate internal fulfilment process;
  • Handle customer complaints successfully


  • 3 years customer service and sales oriented experience;
  • Excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Japanese
  • Pleasant, have initiative, responsible and punctual;
  • Be attentive to details and willing to learn;
  • Degree Holder is preferred and JLPT level N1 is desirable
