- Handle customer enquiries via calls
- Support daily operations for the call centre
- Resolve with customer complaint and follow up on feedback
- Follow up with existing customer on their issue
- Communicate with internal parties base on the request
skills & experiences required.
- 1+ years in customer service experience
- Experience in call centre is highly preferable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in Microsoft Office
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
