- Minimum 1-year working experience gained in call center environment
- Diploma or above, certificate holder in Hospitality Management, Property Management or related discipline preferred
- Customer services oriented with excellent customer service skills, telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin; knowledge of other foreign language is a plus
- Good computer skills, especially MS Office, Excel
