About the Company
Our client is a leading telecommunication listed company in Hong Kong. With 30 years experience, they provided premier fixed-line, broadband and mobile communication services in Hong Kong and international telecom network covers more than 3,000 cities and 140 countries. They are currently searching for a customer service executive to support their account service management and ensure a smooth customer service operation.
Main Responsibilities
To be successful in role, you will need to:
  • Provide support to the Account Management team
  • Report to Account Manager
  • Assist in projects in the field of account service strategy, service improvement and operational service plan to improve the overall service quality
  • Prepare monthly reports of service performance
  • Manage and monitor service quality and recovery plans to ensure smooth customer service operations
  • Coordinate with internal departments and customers
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments when necessary
  • Diploma or above
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer service and operational management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
