- Manage enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide corresponding information/ advice/ solutions regarding enquiries on products, policies and/or claims
- Participate in training consistently to gather insights and updated knowledge on products
- Maintain service standard to deliver customer excellence
- Communicate with different departments to follow up on client’s cases
- Support any other projects or administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in hotline with related industry like insurance or finance will be of great advantage
- Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates are welcome
- Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Customer-oriented mentality
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus.
- IIQE licenses holders are preferable. We will also support qualified candidates to obtain these licenses after onboarding
