job description

Our client, a global insurance group is hiring customer service advisor to support their hotline services. Interested parties with hospitality or call centre experience are welcome to apply.


Responsibilities:

  • To communicate with premium customers from Europe, Middle East and China and handle their service enquiries through in-bound calls and emails
  • To provide excellent customer experience by exceeding their expectations while maintaining service standards
  • To work with internal departments together to resolve customer enquiries and cases and maintain good working relationships
  • Training in related to product knowledge will be provided

Requirement:

  • At least 2 years of experience in call centre, club, hospitality or any customer service environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills on phone manner
  • Excellent in softskills and rapid in response
  • Proficient in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Candidate certified with IIQE 1,2 will have added advantages, but not a must
  • 8 hours shift a day between 7am to 7pm
  • 5 days work per week
