    Our client is a testing laboratory with remarkable reputation in the industry. As their business is growing, they are expanding their team. Currently they are hiring a Customer Service Officer in the team. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager.

    about the job.
    As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for
    -Liaise with customers regarding invoices, reports and certificates
    -Provide administrative document checking and project process support
    -Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders to investigate and respond to customers’ feedback
    -Assist in the preparation of Sales Quotations for customers
    -Assist in sales data updating and consolidation
    -Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

    skills & experiences required.
    -Diploma from any relevant discipline
    -Minimum 4 years of working experience in customer services
    -Experience in laboratory industry is highly preferred
    -Good command of written English and spoken Mandarin is a plus
    -Self-initiated; Excellent team player
