- You will handle phone-in and walk-in customer enquiries
- You will handle email enquiries from customers
- You will work closely with teammates to provide timely and quality customer services
- You will handle and support any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
skills & experiences required
- You are a Diploma Holder or above
- You have IIQE License (Paper I, II and III) will be a plus
- You have strong experience in customer service and complaint handling
