Customer Services Executive - B2B IT Company

This leading Technology Company combines the technology of solution and world-class products to cater to different kinds of organizations. Currently, they are looking for a high caliber to join as Customer Services Executive.

About the Job:

  • Resolves product or service problems by tending to the customers’ needs
  • Reach out to customers for renewal and perform annual customer satisfaction survey
  • Tracking payments status of the customers and assist in revenue control and reporting.
  • Taking phone calls from customers and process simple orders.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.

About the Person:

  • Post-secondary educated with 2-3 years with Customer Service experience OR University degree in
  • High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of orders at the same time.
  • Ability to prioritize own workload.
  • Well versed in IT skills, for example, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
